How do I get pricing for my team?
Send us a quote request with your industry, the type of garment you want, and rough quantities, and we'll come back with a customized solution to help get us started. You can also call (201) 871-6111 or email cs@imagefirstuniforms.com if it's easier to talk it through.
Do you handle embroidery and printing in-house?
Yes. Embroidery, screen printing, sewing, patch application, and alterations all happen in-house, so your decoration isn't handed off to a third party and your turnaround isn't tied to someone else's schedule.
Send your logo and we'll confirm the best method for the garment and fabric before anything runs.
Can my employees order for themselves?
That's what the customer portal is for. Each employee gets their own login and sees only the pre-approved uniform package for their role, so nobody orders the wrong shirt or the wrong color.
You keep approval controls, spending visibility by location, and reporting on what's been ordered. See the customer portal.
Which industries do you outfit?
Security and law enforcement, hospitality, food service, cruise lines, casinos, automotive, and healthcare — plus corporate offices, transportation, and maintenance teams.
If your industry isn't listed, ask anyway. Sourcing hard-to-find garments and accessories is part of what we do.
What brands do you carry?
Edwards, Port Authority, Propper, Sport-Tek, Smith & Wesson, Tact Squad, Nike, Adidas, Dickies, Red Kap and HWC, alongside our own Image First line of shirts, pants, and outerwear.
Carrying several brands means we can match a spec you already have or find a closer fit on price without changing how the uniform looks.
Can you keep our patches in stock?
Yes. We produce your patches, hold the inventory here, and sew them onto garments as orders come in — so a new hire's shirts ship ready to wear instead of going out to a decorator first.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unworn, with tags, in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Email cs@imagefirstuniforms.com to start one and we'll send a return label with instructions. Items shipped back without an approved return can't be accepted.
A few things can't be returned:
- Customized items — embroidered, hemmed, striped, patched, or altered to your spec
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds cover the purchase price of the item, not shipping. Full details are in our refund policy.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Check your order when it lands and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We'll look at it and make it right.

Our warehouse and decoration shop are at 400 Overpeck Avenue, Englewood, NJ 07631. We've been outfitting teams since 1999 and ship orders to customers across the country.
